For many years I was a custom home builder but decided to hang up that hat and sell real estate full time and later get my Certified Appraiser's license. I started Maxwell Real Estate in 1967. At that time they didn't give classes, you got a book and read it and they only gave the test once a year.

She's the best I suggest everyone to go through JAM if you are finding a place to rent .
And Jo Ann takes her own time to look into other landlords,and will really work hard to get you a place to live if they don't have any rentals at that time Jo Ann will get on the computer and find you a place .
