Our short sale services are provided without charge to our clients. Our typical fee is one percent of the sales price of your property. We either collect our fee from the lender, from the real estate agent's commission, or from a combination of both, never from you. No matter where our fee comes from you are our client, and we work towards achieving the best possible outcome for you.
A For Sale by Owner (FSBO) transaction is a sale of real estate where a seller has elected not to use a real estate agent to assist them with the sale of their property. There is no requirement in the State of Maryland that a real estate agent must be engaged to sell real estate and there are many reason why people elect not to do so.
We have all heard the term before, but what does it mean? FSBO stands "for sale by owner." This is a property sale where a property owner has elected not to engage the services of a realtor to list the property they wish to sell or to negotiate the sale. The buyer may or may not have a realtor involved to assist them with the transaction.

I was having real trouble finding a lawyer to do something I thought would be relatively straightforward -- draft a purchase and sale agreement for my house and facilitate its online signing. I had a small contract that needed review and comment. I called several lawyers who were either too busy or thought the task was too insignificant with which to be bothered. Todd immediately took my task seriously and courteously with the utmost professionalism.
