I ordered laminate floors from Home Depot, however the service technician said that my sub-floor was off by an 1/8th of an inch and would need to be adjusted prior to installation. I called Home Pros and spoke with Dee on a Friday who was able to schedule someone to look at the floors the very next day. Thomas arrived, provided an estimate and was able to complete the job in the same day. I can't thank them enough for their quick turnaround and their professionalism. Dee kept me in the loop every step of the way. I would definitely use them again.
