First time home buying can be daunting, but my wife and I worked with Alek. He was patient with our indecisiveness, and extraordinarily knowledgeable about the construction aspect of homes. I cannot recommended this company or their agents. We did most of the leg work finding properties to view and still fell short. Our first house we bought, at end of a wooded subdivision cul-de-sac, right after closing another development started right behind us. Cleared out all of our beautiful woods for new development in our back yard. All this just a week after closing.
I'm not sure why my realtor got paid on this deal as I feel we did everything besides some paper work in the background.
I'm just leaving a honest review for people on the hunt for a new house. Their is many agents out there
