Dr. Michael F. Kapraun graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1984. In 1988, he studied to put a more nutritional approach into his practice. In 1990, he studied homeopathic biotherapeutic drainage, the cellular and intracellular detoxification process, which is today's most effective therapeutic approach for the treatment of chronic and degenerative conditions.
We specialize in correcting your body's misalignments. Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously. To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet. Corrective exercises are the use of bodily movements and/or postures to restore desirable changes in diseased or injured tissues.
At Kapraun Chiropractic Clinic, we offer more than treatments. We offer prevention and alternative therapies and programs, including nutritional programs. Consume grilled or broiled meat and fish occasionally, avoiding burning of meat juices and charring. The following is given in response to the many requests we have received from patients.
Sugar is a very concentrated food. That means it has lots of calories and calories heat your body very quickly. Imagine a coal stove. The harder the coal, the longer and more equal is the fire burning. In fact, it gleams all night. But when you put straw or paper in your stove, it burns a little while, makes lots of flames and is gone.
We want to see all our patients attain and maintain a level of wellness care. This is when your body is fully healed and only needing maintenance adjustments. It is still recommended to come in for periodic adjustments to keep things running smoothly. This requires a quick visit 1-4 times per month based on your lifestyle and goals.

This Doctor knows what he is doing!!! I have issues all my life and with the last 3 years I haven't been able to do much due to an accident....many doctors turned me away not knowing what to do but this Doc didn't and finally I am on the road of recovery!!! I couldn't ever repay this man for giving me back my life!!! Also the staff is amazing!!! Highly recommend this place for and aches or pains from ur head to ur toes!!!
