Richard led my family through the worst experience of our lives with skill and honesty. We made a huge mistake by hiring a local attorney in Mohave County, not only did they not tell us what was going on, they messed up the case by not filing/handling the file properly. Originally we spoke with the main office attorney, and he made us feel like himself and the other two attorneys in his office would handle the case, so we thought excellent how can you go wrong. I personally have not been represented by Rich, but my fiance was just recently. My fiance has 6 prior felonies and was facing a misconduct involving weapons charge as a prohibited possesor. He did a great job on short notice. He was very responsive and actually picks up the phone himself. No passing you off to neophytes- he does all the work himself. He knows the ins and outs of the legal system and how to make it work for you. He wrote a great response with the understanding of how to communicate with the judge and got the desired result of little or no penalty. He is obviously smart and was half the price of big law firm. Lawyers generally can get you on an endless merry-go-round at your expense, but no sign of that with Richard.
