Nagoya Japanese Restaurant

Questionable sushi, and terrible customer service. I picked up my (raw) sushi order tonight, and it felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. They couldn't tell me how long it had been at that temp (VERY warm to the touch), refused to remake my order, and further refused to refund my card. They've made mistakes with my orders in the past, have never offered so much as a "sorry", and I've written it off as minor mistakes on a busy night. However, after the argumentative and rude response I received from the manager tonight, they've lost my business.

Would go again, yep. Egg rolls were great (some of the better I've had for sure), service was friendly, and the orange chicken was good even if basic (which is why I chose it for the first visit), but also the portion was fairly hefty. I'd go again 👍💪

Who would have thought that in the middle of Wisconsin there would be a fabulous Japanese Restaurant. Not expected at all.
We came here on a whim while in town since we enjoy our fair share of asian food and we were not disappointed.
The food was delicious and came in a reasonable amount of time. The portion sizes were freaking huge. The price was reasonable considering the amount of food you get. It was enough that each portion fed us for 2 days. The menu seemed to be endless. It was also huge. The options were great, which I greatly appreciate.

Really high quality hibachi restaurant for the area also serving sushi and Chinese options as well. We have had exceptional service dining in and ordering take-out. They are so kind to our young children, always makes us feel at home. Our personal favorites are the fried rice and the shrimp hibachi meal! My 3 year-old son is obsessed with the avocado sushi rolls. Highly highly recommend!!!

The wait time was lengthy. The hibachi was good, the shrimp tempura was a little overdone & hard. The tempura vegetables were excellent. Delicious soup, salad, rice, & sauces. Delightful culinary experience.

The worst Service and Sushi I have ever experienced! I have been all over the county to more than two dozen sushi restaurants around the country and this is BY FAR the absolute worst food I have ever eaten. I would never allow anyone I know to willingly eat at this claimed “establishment”.

Love the food here so I keep coming back! And the staff is friendly and helpful. The online ordering could use some improvements. You get to pick a time when you can pick it up, but it's not always accurate. Waited an extra half an hour this most recent visit.

Words cannot express how excited I am that I found this place in Marshfield. The fish was very good, fresh and plated beautifully. They had very authentic things on the menu that are sometimes hard to find in the area. They had steamed dumplings, fried gyoza, octopus salad and even red bean mochi ice cream. Everything was very well done and the service was wonderful. I don't live in Wisconsin but my entire family does, so I will be back!

50% off Chef special sushi rolls make for an excellent value and it tasted pretty good. Also had the spring rolls and the tempura ice cream, both were meh.
