We discovered a leak in our garage (right before a holiday weekend /: ugh!!) and DFL came recommended from a coworker. Ruben came out within a day to check it out. What seemed like an easy fix turned out to be a whole re-pipe of our home. As first time homeowners, my husband and I were totally overwhelmed with the thought of our house being ripped up within like a year of us buying it!
Thankfully, Ruben, Joe and the guys at DFL were extremely helpful and walked us through exactly what they were seeing and what they were doing. Their quote and final price were reasonable - no surprise charges

We had an issue with our toilet and master shower backing up. Had 3 different plumbers out and they never actually fixed the problem. Called DFL and the next morning Joe came out and found the "root" of our issue. (Literally had a bunch of roots in my clean out)
They were professional, on time, cleaned up after they were done. Fixed our ongoing issue from the last year. Price was right too! They showed me on camera how the line was clear all throughout the house. I highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs!

A measure of urgency preceded the visit by Ruben Cholico and his young helper. He'd rather amusingly indicated it was "our lucky day" given he had a post 10.00pm job at a McDonalds by Palomar and he'd squeeze us in prior to that. Two calls to other plumbers had gone unheeded!
As unlikely as it seemed he appeared some time around 8.00pm and got to work on a blockage on a kitchen sink drain that as it turned out was some 35' past the sink and around and down two very poorly designed elbows in the plumbing. On the verge of giving up and talk of returning the next day with

We had a terrible experience with DFL. If I could give them zero stars I would. Not only is their communication sub par but so is their work. We were told everything was good to go so we paid our handyman to put together the drywall. A few days later there was the same leak! We thought they would stand behind their work especially since we got heavily charged the 1st time, but they came back out, fixed the problem "again,"
charged us heavily again, and we were then expected to paint the drywall ourselves! We asked for a detailed copy of the invoices but never received either one

I called to get help for a clogged toilet. The lady who answered was rude, unhelpful, and won't answer any questions.
I asked if they cleared toilets. Apparently they do but an operations manager would have to call me back.
I hope their plumbing services are not as bad as customer service. I just needed a toilet un-clogged. I didn't realize that was a special request.

Had work done a couple times from DFL Plumbing. Great crew, very professional, honest and efficient. Ruben, Joe and Jaime work like no other. Constantly working with 110% effort to get the job done in a timely matter. Very knowledgeable - you can tell these guys know what they're doing. We had them fix both gas leaks and plumbing leaks.
Very affordable as we got bids from other local plumbers and they could not be beat. Always performing above and beyond expectations. Other issues were discovered while work was being completed, they made us aware and fixed it immediately - no problem

My dishwasher went out the week before Thanksgiving. I work long hours and was worried that I wouldn't be able to get my new dishwasher installed in time. I called DFL Friday afternoon and the lady who answered was a sweetheart! She called Ruben who volunteered to meet me the following morning, which was a Saturday!!. He was just as nice! I totally trust these people and would highly recommend them to anyone. Words that come to mind: reliable, dependable, trustworthy and quality. Thank You DFL!!

I was recently recommended to DFL plumbing by a coworker and these guys kick a##! I've had plumbing problems many times at my house which is old and have called other plumbers in the past where they charge a fortune just to unclog my main line through vent pipe on my roof.
My house had no cleanout until DFL came to the rescue and recommended I get one installed.
