CMG Engineering, Inc. is a locally owned Consulting Engineering firm located in Kalispell, MT, and was formed to provide Northwest Montana with a local, full service laboratory capable of performing geotechnical, and construction materials laboratory and field tests. CMG Engineering, Inc. is staffed by licensed Professional Engineers practicing in the Geotechnical Engineering, and Construction Materials testing fields.
Our staff also includes N.I.C.E.T. certified technicians, and Geologists.

Services
Testing services include a full range of laboratory soil and aggregate tests, Marshall and Superpave Gyratory asphaltic concrete testing, masonry testing, and in place compaction testing with nuclear densometers. We also have a Micro Deval machine for testing according to MT-233. Test methods per AASHTO, ASTM, and MDT are closely adhered to.
Since CMG Engineering, Inc. was started, we made the commitment to provide the most accurate and unbiased test results possible. Accreditation through AASHTO helps us to provide that level of service. Every other year we go through an onsite inspection by AASHTO inspectors who check equipment calibrations and condition.
