After graduating from Bedford High School, he obtained his Bachelor's degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, with a major of Natural Science and minors in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology. Dr. Dumpert then completed dental school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.

Great staff and doctor. I had to get a few cavities filled and ended up having some pain afterwards. I was concerned about how they would handle it, but they got me back in to address the issue on two separate occasions to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would, and do, recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I just moved into the area and was referred to Radiant Dental. As a new patient I unfortunately broke a crown. Radiant was able to get me in. My first time experience was great. The receptionists, dental hygienists an dentist were all professional, friendly and helpful. I hope to have future positive experiences.

The doctor is very nice and does a great job and friendly. However I am always leery of the billing and not sure what is going on there because one time they told me my insurance will cover the procedure and it didn't I had to pay $800 out of pocket something that could have been done 4months down the road when my insurance renewed. They told me it's just an estimate which is true but they never checked to see that my balanced was used up and I did not know. I went to different dentists for years and it has never happened to me. I was always notified before the visit if my deductible was used up

Wonderful dental office. The entire staff is exceptionally nice and professional. Dr. Dumpert is a skilled dentist that puts you at ease. He's able to do extractions, crowns and implants as well as general dentistry. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the appointments are always on time. They offer a membership plan if you don't have dental insurance which was a big help.
