Responsibility and strong work ethic: We have a small company and so we have a vested interest in establishing long-term relationships with our contractor clients. Experience: Each of our plumbers has more than 10 years of experience in plumbing, both commercial and residential. Apprentice plumbers spend several years working under the supervision of journeyman or master plumbers, as well as studying and taking tests to earn their license.

I've used Rimrock several times. One of the owners, Travis I think, is among the most knowledgeable, polite, and patient people in the trades I've ever had to work with. I've recommended them to many people and always hear the same good things back. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. There's a reason they keep getting voted best in billings.
Update- their apprentice came and helped replace my water heater. Was hear earlier, done quicker than planned, and they actually gave me a bill for less than was discussed. Can't recommend enough.

Had a major problem with my main drain going to my septic tank leaking, called Rimrock up and they came out that day to inspect, realized it was definitely an emergency, went out of their way to move things around, and had it fixed by the next morning. this was also during the holiday times, did a great job, would definitely recommend these guys, great service, nice people, and done in a timely matter.

I can't say enough about Bill and the entire crew of Rimrock Plumbing. They did all the plumbing for our new build out at Rimrock Mall. amazing work, super professional, on time and the work they do, you can tell how much they care about you and the end result. Rimrock Plumbing came to install 2 toilets we got from Lowe's. Initially a plumber (I think it was he owner) came to determine if the toilets would fit. When it was time to put the toilets in, an apprentice put the toilets in without a plumber there to make sure the work was done ok. A few days later when we noticed that one of the toilets kept running, we called the plumber about it, and he refused to even come look at it and said that it wasn't his fault. He was also very rude on the phone call. We were very disappointed with the service.

Bill with Rimrock Plumbing was wonderful! He promptly returned my call and was available by text as well. He was able to come within a day or two for my sevice call (non-emergent) and was trustworthy, friendly and professional when he came. I would definitely recommend him to other in search for plumbing services!
