I did not come here myself but sent my daughter here with her grandma for a girls date. My mom got her eyebrows done and got a cut and color and my daughter got a trim. They charged $50 to cut and inch off her hair and add some face framing layers and my mom is not happy with her hair. She made and appointment and they only had one girl working to do both cuts, color & brows. In my opinion this place is over priced and the work they put out did not reflect that price point. I'll send them to my hair girl next time.

I've been twice. Ashley is precious. She waxed my whole face wonderfully and she's sooo sweet. Amanda did my nails. I've been getting acrylics and dips for 25 years and this was the cleanest and healthiest service I've ever had. She had a cool color one of the techs mixed. Plus she's funny as heck. I do wish they had more dip color options though.

When you describe, in detail, how you want you hair cut I have the expectation to have my hair cut that way. I was mortified then to have my chair turned around and not see what I asked for. When Kelli asked if I liked it and I said, “NO” and pointed out the problems. Her response; “Well, at least it’s short for Spring and Summer. It will be OK by Summer.” SPEECHLESS! I will never step foot in this place again. If the bad hair cut wasn’t enough the indifference was the icing on the cake. BEWARE!

I was looking for a new hair stylist, so I decided to give Bella Fontana a shot. Kelli, is AMAZING. So kind, talented, and professional. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done, and she nailed it. I then decided to get my nails done. My nail lady is Hailey. She too is an absolute joy to be around, and is very very talented. Now, Bella Fontana is my one stop shop when it comes to all things beauty service related.

Bella Fontana is where its at. I had my first visit today. I got the red carpet package as a gift for christmas. So today was the day. I LOVED IT! Staff is amazing and very good at all they do. They make sure your visit is perfect and well worth your money. I Will definitely be back Ladies! Y'all rock!

Tried them out today for the first time. The new location is nice and easy to get to - used the online booking and found it easy an convenient. Paul was my therapist and talked through my wants and needs and kept me informed as we went through the session. He was able to deliver good pressure and kept checking in on whether it was to much or not enough.

I went for a haircut and brow wax and met with Wendy. It was the last appt of the day and nobody was at the place besides her and a receptionist. She was not very friendly and seemed like she just wanted to go home, barely spoke two words. The haircut was not so great :( and she didnt even know she was supposed to do the brow wax until i asked her! Will not go back, there are better stylists out there.

I would not recommend this business, I had several bad experiences with the management and did not return for future services. They tried to work with me and my complaints but failed miserably, having me speak to a new hire to voice my concerns instead of management. Found a much better local spa and have been a happy customer ever since.
