Bought a groupon voucher. Once I mentioned this when i called to schedule an appointment their attitude changed. the lady was rude and seemed to pass me off. I was then told there was no openings. I called again 2 weeks after and was asked about voucher information but was again told they are booked. I find them to be rude and unprofessional.

I am writing this review about the way the owner? Maybe just manager? I am not sure what position he held, handled a problem I encountered and not the actual service. He handled it extremely professional and fixed the issue in less than five minutes. This really proved to me that the company isn’t afraid to fix a wrong which is really hard to find nowadays. I would 100% recommend this place just off the principle of how he took care of me after a miscommunication and I can tell this place actually cares about clients and their satisfaction!

I've had my eyebrows & lip waxed many years, but I never had a Brazilian, nor did I ever have my legs & underarms done before. Mary was so great, she explained everything to me prior to doing it & I felt very comfortable with her. I had the worst vertigo one time & she was so kind & understanding that I couldn't move quickly laying or turning & had a lot of patience. I'm so happy not having to shave, especially arms & legs! I'll def continue going to see Mary.

They lost our business. My daughter and I were looking to find a place to get massages on a regular basis but they did not want to honor the Groupons we purchased so we're going somewhere else. We went there over 2 years ago and wanted to try them out again before committing to their annual membership. The Groupon purchase states that you can purchase again after 120 days but we were still in their system as past customer ... over 2 years ago hmm. Person on phone was rude so we did not pursue even though I explained we were trying to find a regular place for massages which would have given

I had my first brazillian wax at Therapoint with Mary. It could not have gone better. Mary provided stress balls for me to squeeze, explained every thing to me, and was incredibly patient. She made it a very comfortable experience. At the end she used soothing aloe and a warm towel. I can't sing her praises enough. Highly recommend.

I loved my Swedish massage, I’ve received many of massages and never had I received one like this one. Timero was awesome she was very straight forward and when I tell you her hands work it felt amazing. She made sure I was comfortable at all times! She really target every part in my body I loved it! After she was done she told me the follow up procedure. When I tell you I went home so tired and relaxed my body feels like a new one! I slept so good it was well needed. I will be back thanks so much for the phenomenal service!

I will never go back to this place. I decided to get a Brazilian on my birthday. Molly was running behind. I must say, the room was very relaxing. Until Molly's energy came into the room.. Her demeanor was monotone and cold ,but professional. Some people don't like to talk, I get it. I mentioned this was my first time being waxed. And she didn't say much after that. She gave me a pointer, not to move while the strip is coming off. When done I was left to collect myself and when I looked down there were patches of hair and wax that I was left to rip off myself! Found on Groupon... I order anti- aging with microabrasion. My esthetician Nela was amazing. She told me about my skin and handle it according to her findings. It was super relaxing. I enjoyed the microabrasion. My skin is glowing and feeling amazing. Also they have a great "club" for monthly fee you get discounts on their services. I can't wait to go back

I have been here twice so far and have had an excellent experience both times, once by my self and once with my college-age daughter. In both instances, I was greeted promptly and courteously, was met on time by my massage therapist ( I have met three so far, and found all of them warm, responsive to my concerns, professional, and skillful). A groupon made me check out getting a massage here. The service has made me sign up for a regular massage plan. I recommend Therpoint Massage for a relaxing experience. C.H.

If only could give ZERO stars! "Gentleman" that answers the phone is VERY rude & pushy. Very strong oder inside as if there were toxic fumes of some sort. Made it difficult to breathe, left with a migraine & not relaxed at all after going in for spa treatment. Very difficult to book appointment & had to be rescheduled multiple times. Not sure if that was because of groupon offer or what. Can therapists REALLY be sick that often? Would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Walls are very thin & you can hear everything! Even what is going on in the bathroom. Nauseating

Just about the worst ever. One hour massage ended up being closer to 30 minutes, maybe. Therapist went out for a Starbucks run right at the time of my appointment. Even though she took me 25 minutes late, she ended quite promptly on the hour. Pass on this one. ps the hard sell for services at the end is annoying.

Worst experience of my life. Beware of the Groupon this place has been in business for six years, and I have no idea how. I was more relaxed when I got there than when I left. I felt like I was locked in a room with the bull and I wasn't sure if I was going to make it out alive. Think long and hard before wasting your time and your money with this company.

I would avoid getting a massage here at all costs. The Romanian woman (I didn't get her name) that does facials does a great job, despite not doing any extractions. The owner Phil was very friendly and accommodating until after I had an issue with the massage. He basically told me he wasn't going to discount the massage even though I didn't get the full service and that I had the option not to tip (even though I always leave a gratuity no matter what). I would honestly just avoid this place as I left more stressed than I came in.

I called to make a 2 hour service appointment and the lady was very rude. She basically told me that they don't have anything available for me at all because they don't have time to do a 2 hour appointment. So it wasn't that they were booked they just didn't want to do a two hour appointment. She never gave me any other options or tried to work with me to show me that she cared and really wanted to service me. I had to be the one trying to pull resolutions out of her. Do NOT fall for their sales pitch!!! You pay for what you get. I purchased a Groupon and the first service I received was wonderful. So they hooked me and I signed up for the "all access" membership. It's a joke and a con. I show up 15 mins early only to listen to the employees gossip about music while customers sit waiting for their appointments. When the esthetician finally takes my appointment... ten minutes late... it wasn't even half has thorough and beneficial as the initial service was. The esthetician was extremely rude... it was the worst experience I've ever had

Got a good price on Groupon and had an hour massage for $45. This is one of those places where you can get a membership and it is cheaper for services. Because I don't live here I am not a member.
I got a great massage with a $3 add on if hot lavender towels which was very nice and $3 is not expensive at all.
The only reason I am giving it a 4 is that they don't have a quiet room and when your massage is over you are expected to get up and get dressed right away which is not the norm where I come from. There you get 15 minutes to just relax and enjoy.
