I would like to thank Jason for being very accessible, with a fast response time. My first time I called this company I was very impressed with the pricing on installing my thankless water heather, I shopped around for few months and the prices were extremely high, when I finally found this plumbing company from start to end Jason with his excellent skills and professionalism did an excellent job. Chasen is awesome. He's going to be my go-to plumbing contractor from now on. House's main sewer was backed up and draining extremely slow. After several failed attempts at trying to clear it myself, I called Chasen up. He was referred by a family member. He came out later that day and worked through after the sunset to clear out root issues that I had. Going at it a few more times even after drain was flowing to clear out stubborn roots (he showed me the scope camera feed, they were big). I had also asked him to quote me to install a main clean-out. There was no need, he located it in

I would highly recommend Innovative Sewer. Our technician/plumber was Chasen. He came out quickly and assessed our slab leak problem. He was very knowledgeable and his finished work was excellent. He went above and beyond our expectations in rerouting our pipes to fix the slab leak. We highly recommend Innovative Sewer!

About every 9-12 months we have roots that clog our main sewer line (which becomes an immediate emergency) and Chasen always comes the same day and fixes it for us. Prior to knowing Chasen, we had a few other plumbers come out and they weren't able to clear the clog.
He's also helped fix some toilets, showers, and anything else that pops up for us.
I HIGHLY recommend Chasen!

I wish I could leave a positive review because initially, I was very impressed and pleased with Chase's work. Our homeowners' association hired him because of a recommendation from another contractor. He came to our complex, surveyed the sewer problems, and submitted a reasonable bid. We hired him and he performed the work to our satisfaction and indicated that three of our sewer lined needed serious repair. He was to submit a bid and starting date for the repair of three sewer lines. He never submitted a bid or a date. I attempted to contact him numerous times, all to no avail. I don

I've had Chasen out a couple times now for our house in Fullerton. I have been incredibly impressed with how well he does his job, which I have found to not be the case with other plumbers, unfortunately.
This past weekend I had a more urgent issue arise with toilets not flushing and was able to have him over within an hour of giving him a call. He was able to fix the issue promptly, help me understand why it occurred, and give me good recommendations on what to do moving forward for a longer-term solution.
