Had this company call my husband offering him an introductory offer to use them for the routine maintenance on our AC. We just bought a new home and are actually having issues with the AC unit so we took them up on the offer to come check it out. They scheduled us for 3pm and never showed up. At 3:30 they sent a text message saying they waited 30 minutes and no one was home so they left. First of all, I was home the entire time in my office with the windows open and a clear few of the front of the home, on top of that our security cameras show as well that nobody ever showed up to our home. Great AC business! They were the third quote that I got. Very honest and fair! Another AC company told me I needed a new AC and my AC is only 7 years old! Bayside fixed it with no problem. So happy with their service! Our AC went out and I was worried because I run an animal rescue from my home and I didn't want the animals to overheat. We were really pleased with Bayside. When our air went out, we called several different a/c companies, and Bayside was the company that could come out the fastest. They were affordable and very professional. When it came time to replace our second a/c unit, we didn't hesitate to call Bayside. We have been very satisfied with both a/c units and the follow up we received from Bayside.

Very happy with Bayside! I needed to have my air ducts cleaned and my next door neighbor recommended Bayside. Their service was great! Very professional from my first call to the end and their price was very reasonable. Looks like our neighborhood is turning into a Bayside neighborhood as I will definitely recommend them to other neighbors.

Don't go with them. Previous owner of my home had them install a 2-ton Nordine Heat Pump in 2013. In 2020 the evaporator coil froze up due to a coolant leak. Called them since they installed it and the technician quoted me $2670 to replace the coil plus $32 a pound for freon. I asked about the 10 year parts warranty the previous owner had left with me and was told the warranty is only good for the purchaser. The technician then tried to sell me a new AC system. I told him I would call around to get other quotes before making such a larger purchase. I called two other AC companies and was quoted

I had been using these guys for maintenance for a few years. Every time they came by they found something wrong and I fell for it. Then I knew I needed new duct work so made the arrangements to have it done. A pretty penny but I trusted them. They will scam you and do the least amount of work AND DID NOT PULL A PERMIT! When I had someone else come and look about a new AC unit (because I decided to do a renovation) the guy said none of the duct work is installed properly. I called Marsha at Bayside and she "forgot to pull the permit". The story continued when I demanded they get a permit

We're enjoying our second a/c heat pump package from this company. We purchased a Goodman package 10 years ago and it tried to die throughout that time, but Bayside stood behind it and made it right. This new second package is Ameristar and Jacob did a good job getting this sold and set up. We were pleased with the three installers from Earth Core that put this package up and running. Any problem that came up in the past was quickly resolved and we're hopeful that this new package will last us for years to come.

I came home to a house that was 80°. Florida is ruthless when it comes to heat. After some initial confusion about timing, Jeff came out to help me and was INCREDIBLY helpful. Just an all-around nice guy. His service was efficient, and he carefully explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He gave me his card to call him directly if I had any further issues. I appreciated his customer-centric focus. I would definitely recommend him! This would have been a 5-star review if not for the initial scheduling conflict. That does not negate the fact that Jeff's service was outstanding

We purchased a service contract and have had them out to service both my units. Every time they come the units have problems the next week. I recently had service again and needed new thermostats and I wanted wifi ones so I bought myself and installed with no problems 6 months ago. Last week the one unit would only blow warm air. They came out last week to service and tried to diagnose and they couldn't so someone else had to come out another day. The tech said it wouldn't be a service charge to come out again.
