Jimmy was amazing. His quote wasn't the cheapest. But it was definitely very reasonable. We wanted real grass and some trees/shrubs. Found Jimmy through the SNWA smart water certified contractor list. We wanted the job done right. He gave his honest opinion on what we had in mind. Not what HOA wanted. Not what he felt would give him more money. It was always "What do we want. How do we want the yard to look. Us. Us. Us." He knows his plants. Suggested the right plants for how we wanted our yard to look plus ones that'll survive the Vegas winter/summers as well as requiring the least amount of water
