I switched to TMA after using another local payroll company. The difference is night and day. TMA never drops the ball and has helped us with some complicated tasks like hiring people out of state. Response times are often an hour or less. What I like most is that they are a small company, but have the abilities and resources of a large provider. So we get a personable experience but no limitations.
