Manual Spinal decompression aka The Ring Dinger is an adjustment performed within our office to help decompress the spine alleviating back pain. It involves a high velocity low amplitude pull decompressing the entire spine in one adjustment to take pressure off the spinal discs (the cushions that separate the vertebrae in the spine).
We want to see all our patients attain and maintain a level of wellness care. This is when your body is fully healed and only needing maintenance adjustments. It is still recommended to come in for periodic adjustments to keep things running smoothly. This requires a quick visit 1-4 times per month based on your lifestyle and goals.

We Drove down from northern Virginia to see Dr Tuttle, for 2 days and can’t say enough about the positive experience we had. He was very thorough and professional! My mobility has increased greatly for sure and the ring dinger is phenomenal !! It was a great experience and we are definitely coming back soon.

We drove down from Virginia for my husband to have the Ring Dinger. I just got an adjustment because I was hesitant to do the other. Just the regular adjustment is so though that I wish I lived here to have this done all the time. A regular chiropractor doesn’t do even half of what Dr.Matt did. I would highly recommend him!

I been going to see different chiropractors for the past five years on and off. I found one that I preferred, he was out for the week and my neck was hurting couple weeks ago. I looked for a few practices and I saw the video of Dr. Matthew adjusting a patient. I decided to give it a try. Two adjustments and two weeks later I feel like I haven't felt in many years. My brother-in-law and I traveled from Bristol VA/TN to receive six adjustments over the course of three days. The experience and results were truly miraculous. My brother-in-law, who was skeptical that anything could correct his condition said after the first treatment “For the first time in 6 years I can feel my hands.” As for me, my chronic low back and thigh pain have disappeared and I feel 10 years younger! I drove 3 hours from NC to get treatment from Dr. Matt Tuttle on 8/19 and 8/20; four amazing adjustments over two days. I cannot adequately express how satisfied I am with the services rendered.
