Milan Capital invests in commercial real estate properties, primarily in Southern California, generally with value-add components. The principals of Milan provide a portion of the equity required for each investment property and form partnerships with outside investors for the balance of the equity.
The maximum value for real estate properties can be achieved only through proactive, diligent, and responsive property management. Milan's goal is to maximize current income without sacrificing the long-term growth of the owner's equity in the project. Milan's team of managers provides a personal and customized level of service.

Milan Capital Management with California DRE License Number 01841081 has failed to provide safety for customers and renters at Euclid Plaza in Anaheim. Despite numerous reports of vandalism, assaults, and theft the property management company has refused to install cameras, proper signage with their information, or a regularly scheduled security officer. I was a victim of vandalism at this poorly managed plaza and there is no information posted to contact property managers. Nor is there proper signage relieving themselves of liability on the property. Store managers all stated that the company
