I called today because our toilet was backing up into our shower. I was really happy because they said someone would be out between 2 and 6. They also told me they would call 45 minutes before arrival. I waited all day and nobody came or called. I finally called at 5:45 and asked for an update. The girl told me she had called and spoke to someone and rescheduled for tomorrow. I told her that was not possible and she said she made the call. I explained that they only number they had was my cell phone and NOBODY had called me to reschedule. After considering, I called back and canceled for

I've been using Will Fix It for years now. They've been excellent every time. Used them maybe 5 or 6 times for various repairs.
Yesterday, Ace sold me a new Carrier AC/Heather unit, very professional and friendly. The installers were fantastic today installing it. Omar was great. I didn't catch the other two installers names, but they were great also.

I was very impressed with the service and the technician that came out Norman. He was very personable and did a fabulous job assessing the situation and giving us options. I highly recommend will fix it on any… plumming issues you may have!!! The main water line broke to the house and they where extremely fast on getting out there!!! Thank you!!!

I called yesterday to get a new garbage disposal installed. Set up for today with a window of noon to 2:00. At 2:40 I called to check status at which point he told me they were busy on another job and couldn't make today. I have been waiting all day, wasted an entire day waiting, and cannot use my sink until repaired. Now it's the weekend and I have no operating kitchen. TERRIBLE customer service! Won't fix it, or care about customer service, is a more accurate description.

Highly disappointed in service and prices received. Charged my my wife $600 to pour Clorox down a pipe a capicitor that cost $75.
Also didn't have the capicitor on his truck and charged her and additional $69 to go pick it up!!!!

Our heat pump/AC went out and they said it couldn't be repaired and that only replacement was an option. They then quoted us over $11k to replace it. And after taking ZERO action they charged us $69. I got a second opinion and the issue was fixed the same day after a little troubleshooting.
Steer clear of this company, they sell replacement services...not repair.

After buying my house in May the AC went out early August. I was puzzled and new in town so had no clue how to trouble shoot the problem or who to call. Luckily I found ; Will fix it ! They sent out the technician Manny who was extremely helpful and offered me quick solutions to the most pressing of issues.

So these guys are CROOKS in my opinion. They totally took advantage of my elderly father who has dementia. He lives in a modest home and is on a fixed income. He was having trouble with his toilets -- the mechanics on the inside kept coming undone. Really a pretty simple fix. Had I been in town, I could have done it. Maybe $100 worth of parts from Lowes or Home Depot.
Well, these crooks charged my father a whopping $720.00 AFTER their "discount."
I called another local plumber and the estimate on the phone for the exact same bill of work was $247.00. Almost 1/3 of the price
