Vivian's personal style designing with flowers is loose, organic and romantic but it can also be very modern, clean line, elegant, sophisticated, shabby chic or boho style. She love flowers and at a very early age she had the opportunity to learn and play with them at her mom's flower shop in Puerto Rico.
She finished college with a BBA in Business Administration but her true passion was within the floral design and event decor. Supported by her husband Jose (who is the Accountant, Warehouse Manager and Logistics) what started out as a solo venture in Vivian's garage, expanded into a production company with an amazing team and serving South of Florida since 2001.

I never write reviews but Vivian Colls Events’ work is deserving of praise. Seeing Vivian’s work from past events showed us her amazing taste. Class, elegance, impeccable taste. Every step we took into our wedding brought awe and happiness. Vivian came with us to the venue before the wedding. This was wonderful because there were a few details she was able to pick up on (like some tables at the venue not being very wide and needing arrangements that consumed less space. Not every florist will do this and -we’ve seen it- this causes some florists to deliver pieces that..on wedding day.. don’t

My wedding was on 10/10/2019, and I can't begin to explain how HAPPY I am with Vivian Colls and her crew. When i first contacted Vivian I had 6 months before my wedding and was in desperate need of a florist that captured my vision and style. I had searched and scheduled so many meetings with multiple florist but none met my expectation until I spoke to Danny.

I am not a person who sits and writes reviews but WOW! My wedding was this past Saturday 2/23 in Coral Gables and Dany, Vivian and the entire Vivian Colls team blew my mind. They are not only professionals but the most human people I have ever worked with!! They are by far the BEST florists and event designers in Miami. From the getgo Dany knew exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. If you're willing to pay $7k for flowers for a 100-150 people event, please do go with Vivian Colls otherwise shop around... keep in mind that you'd probably find the same or better flowers for a lot less :)
I don't doubt that her work is good, but definitely not willing to pay $600 for delivery, $1800 for an explosion, and so on... again, shop around peeps - never settle!

While planning our destination wedding in Miami my husband and I met with a handful of florists in the area, and frankly, were overall unimpressed and underwhelmed, and went back to NY without having secured a florist. Less than 2 months before our big day we decided we NEEDED to find a florist asap, and contacted Vivian Colls at the recommendation of our wedding planner (Cristi G Events). We never met in person prior to our wedding, but we knew from our first few phone calls that we wanted Vivian and her team as our florist.

Vivian and Dany are rockstars! The event that I was planning from LA was taking place in Miami, and needless to say, it was not an easy task! Both Vivian and Dany communicated thoroughly, and their attention to detail resulted in an amazing flower wall, an amazing green wall, and beautiful flower arrangements that my client loved. They executed my vision clearly even though it was not always very well communicated on my part. If you need a team that has the best customer service, and can perfectly execute your vision without missing a beat, then Vivian Colls Events is your best bet!

Vivian is the only florist I met with that was actually passionate about what she does and not just in it for the $. She is a true artist and very creative. This is great as far as floral design but not so great when it comes to office organization and responding to emails, texts, and calls. Creative people should be left to create and hire someone else to handle everyday office tasks and responding to clients.

Vivian did my full flower arrangements for my wedding in 2008. She did an AMAZING job. Aside from her creativeness and brining to life what I envisioned, she was very easy to work with & accommodating. I was living in Naples at the time & planning my wedding in St. Hugh with a reception at the Rusty Pelican. I'm a very hands on person, and she brought out the trust to let me let her handle it all 100%. She was very accommodating with her prices, schedule to meet with me & communicating. Now, 6 years later we are expecting a baby and there is no one else I would consider except

I got married December 12 of 2014, and I can say that I could not be happier with the way everything turned out, thanks to Vivian Colls. Everything I mentioned to her was exactly as I envisioned and so much more. Everybody loved our flowers, when I asked people for photos of the wedding, they were sending me pictures of the flowers! LOL WHAT ABOUT THE NEWLYWEDS! Ha!

After meeting with ELEVEN flower vendors, I finally found Vivian. Our connection was immediate, and whoever doesn't tell you this is important is lying!
When my mother and I walked in to our first meeting with Vivian, there, in front of us stood an arrangement with the exact same flowers color scheme I wanted for my own upcoming wedding.
Then we sat down, and we both just fell in love. Not only with her simply incredible personality, but her stellar flowers as well. She makes you feel so comfortable. I swear that I am looking for an excuse to go back and visit with her

From the first day we met till the day of my wedding, Vivian was by my side the entire journey. She is reliable, creative, organized, and just amazing! Truly one of a kind.
Vivian took care of keeping in touch with the vendors, keeping my mother in line when she went a little crazy and made sure things went my way and that i was happy.
I could sit here and write a million things but it would all come down to how AMAZING the work she does and her as a person are!

Vivian was my life savor! Two weeks before my wedding, my caterers backed out and my to do list was a mile long. She not only stayed within my budget, but helped me find all the other vendors I needed. Our wedding day was a dream come true and Vivian was the fairy godmother who worked her magic! I've since used her for different events and recommend her and her team to everyone I know. I can't say enough good things about Vivian, who is now like a part of the family!

She was such a great personality. She was one of the recommended vendors our wedding planner gave us. Unfortunately we didn't go with her as she was way out of our price range. She did take almost 2 weeks to give us our proposal, even though she said she would have it that same night or the next day. She also added stuff we said we didn't want to our proposal. We ended up going with another company that was exactly half the price she was.
