Digital X-rays are much more comfortable than traditional film X-rays. There's no sharp piece of film to bite down on, and the results are instant! As soon as they're taken, we can view your X-ray images right on our computer monitor. Digital X-rays are also safer because they give off much less radiation than traditional X-rays.

I was seen today for the first time at the Grantline Smiles office. My teeth were cleaned by Lorraine who is an excellent, thorough and friendly hygienist. I was then seen by Dr. Liao. He took the time to examine my teeth, explain what he saw and apply fluoride. Wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this office!

I have gone here twice and have really good dental hygiene habits. I’m one of the few weird people that LOVE going to the dentist. I love having clean teeth and the assurance that my teeth are on track. The first time I came here I had switched from another dentist for various reasons one of which was that they never offered me fluoride. The first time I came in (Sept or Oct 2020) the hygienist was great but after talking to her about how important fluoride is to me she let me go without it and then had to chase me out of the office because oops she forgot. I was willing to let it pass. This

Had truly enjoyed my time here until my last appointment. I had changed insurance, I asked them to check if my coverage still worked in their office, and they called a day or 2 before the appointment to confirm that it did.
However, in July I then started receiving bills for the full amount of the cleaning and x-rays ($322) because apparently my insurer had now told them I did not have coverage under my plan. Dublin Smiles told me what days they had called but my insurer had no record of any contact besides their July denial.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shiao for over 9 years and it has always been a great experience going in for a treatment. All the staffs, dental hygienists and both dentists are excellent professionals and the dental offices (I've been to both DublinSmiles and Grantline Smiles) are always impeccable and clean. I have been going to Dublin Smiles since they began their dentistry in Dublin. Dr. Janice Liao or Dr. George Shiao have always been available to talk to if I have had any questions or concerns. The staff have always been kind and very knowledgeable in each of their fields. Although going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do, I always feel comfortable going to Dublin Smiles.
