Owner of Besty Tedman Dental, Dr. Tedman is proud to be a Kansas dentist. A graduate of the Sabetha High School, Betsy attended Kansas State University, where she received her B.S. in pre-dentistry in 1986. Selecting dentistry as my career was one of my best choices. Being a dentist in the past twenty-five years has truly been an exciting time, witnessing many new procedures and technologies.
My team is a wonderful group of talented and skilled women, who not only make our office a warm and friendly place, but a professional environment in which our patients can find answers and solutions to their problems. It is rewarding to see the transformation patients go through with their treatments, whether that includes simple fillings, crowns or full mouth rehabilitation to beautiful smiles my patients can be proud of!

Services
I've been treating dental disease for over 28years, and some of the harder dental problems to control have to do with tooth wear/grinding, both in children and adults. In 2016 when I learned at one of my continuing educational classes that compromised airways could be the root cause of these issues, I paid close attention and set out to learn more.
After graduating from Kansas State University, Dr. Tedman attended the Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine for her dental training. Dr. Tedman also completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at University of Missouri, Kansas City before buying a practice in her hometown of Sabetha, located in Northeast Kansas.
Living and working in NE Kansas affords us the opportunity to get to know my patients and their families. My staff and I all enjoy discussing family events and chatting and laughing with all our patients. We prefer to examine each new patient thoroughly, reserving 1 hours for that appointment so that we can really get to know not only the patient's teeth, but the patient's goals and concerns for their life long dental health.
