In the beginning Eric was professional and understanding. He worked diligently to reduce my charges and fines for my DUI. Unfortunately, when it came time for my interlock removal I had to contact the court myself as emails to Eric were basically ignored. I do understand it was during the holidays and he was busy with moving his office, however, I got better satisfaction and a quicker response from the court on my own. That said, I would still contact Eric if needed and would also recommend him to others.
