First off, this place is impossible tog a hold of. Tried for 4 months before finally getting through to someone after 25 minutes on hold. Then, they proceed to tell me that I have to go through my insurance, they won't see me if I pay out of pocket. My insurance doesn't cover chiropractic care and hasn't for 15 years, I have always gone and paid out of pocket for this. Never had a problem. Why exactly would I be required to go through my insurance?! Never heard of such a thing. They've lost my business and I'll go somewhere else.
