AARON has traveled the country as a Business Coach with a special focus on Dental Offices. With nearly 20 years of business and dental know-how in the areas of marketing, team training, encouraging leadership, and helping others create a positive culture of success, Aaron is always excited to share his gusto for putting effective systems to work for the whole team.
Dr. Estera Zanca, DDS is originally from Romania, but she moved to Dallas when she was 4 years old and has lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex ever since. She attended the University of Texas at Dallas for her undergraduate degree and Baylor College of Dentistry for her doctor of dental surgery degree.
Dr. Hashem was born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and moved to Dallas, Texas when in his early teens. After graduating from Plano Senior High School in 1999, he commenced post-secondary studies at Collin College and proceeded to the University of Texas at Dallas. There, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in the field of Biology in 2004.
Dr. David White was born and raised in Brownwood, Texas. He graduated summa cum laude from Howard Payne University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2005, and did training in IV conscious sedation from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2006.

Melanie is hands down the best hygienist I've ever had! Super patient and really thorough with her work. Also got a chance to vist with Dr. Zanca and I can't wait to get back and start my procedures. Today was my first time at Mason Dental after recently relocating to Texas from California and I had the best experience with Chandra and Dr. Mitchell who both made me feel at ease. I have a fear of the dentist like most people and I recently broke a tooth so I came in today before it got to bad and they were able to save the tooth and crown it which was amazing!
The level of professionalism and excellent customer service have been outstanding and I highly recommend Mason Dental. They also have the latest technology and are able to make crowns onsite which means you can get it done all in a few

The best dentist I have ever been to! Dr. Mason and his staff truly go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of.
