At Nemeth Counseling and Consultation, we provide a research-based approach to mental health counseling, using only methods of treatment that have been proven to be effective. Our team of highly-trained clinicians will provide a comfortable and confidential setting for counseling, right in your own community.
We are now a proud member of LifeStance Health, one of the nation's largest providers of outpatient mental health care! In the coming months, we will change the name of our locations to LifeStance Health. As we become part of the LifeStance Health family, you will begin to see some changes as we improve the patient experience.
A formal ADHD diagnosis can not only provide answers to your questions about your child's behavior, but can also open the door for the treatment needed to take your child down a path to a healthier and more balanced life. The Nemeth Counseling Youth ADHD Assessment program uses a carefully crafted combination of assessments and interviews in order to provide the most accurate and evidence-based diagnosis for your child.
Receiving a cancer diagnosis can be unexpected and devastating, and it's common for people to feel overwhelmed and lost as they adjust to their new normal. Cancer not only negatively impacts the patient, but has tremendous practical and emotional consequences for their loved ones as well. Whatever the prognosis may be, working through the difficult experience of your own or a loved one's cancer diagnosis can help you improve your quality of life.

I have to change my review from a one star to this. The owner reached out and figured out the issue pretty quickly. Thank you

2020 has been a trying year and I'm sure many people can relate. I have had several recent life transitions (new job, new home, etc.) in addition to being an RN inside of a COVID-designated ICU at one our major hospitals. I have struggled with anxiety for a long time, and after a decade of putting off seeking help, I took the plunge and reached out to Nemeth when the stress of this year became too much.
That step alone is scary and vulnerable when you're someone who is used to just "dealing with it." Unfortunately, after two separate attempts to get in touch with them, I never heard back. I briefly

We went to Nemeth for the fairly new ADHD assessment program and received an answer for our child on her diagnosis and what to do next. Instead of an 8 month waitlist that you will find elsewhere in town, we got in within a month and had a diagnosis within weeks of starting. We had some issues transferring offices after the diagnosis, but the head of the practice addressed the issue.

I enjoyed visiting my counselor at Nemeth, however, my counselor left the practice, so I was switched to a different counselor. I had been with Nemeth for a year when I had an insurance change. They charged me $90 for a visit, which I get because they were unsure how much my insurance would pay. Well, my insurance came back saying I had a $0 copay. But then they held onto my money for 9 months! I told my counselor my problem, and I was told the company wouldn't give it back to me because "it was less than $100". My counselor then had a talk with billing and explained that I'm a college student
