Services
We've been delivering quality chiropractic care to Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery and Robertson counties since 2004. Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold.
My family first experienced Chiropractic in 1980. My father was experiencing headaches on a daily basis that would plague him morning until noon. His condition was not improving. Luckily, a family from our church regularly visited a Chiropractor and they referred my father to their Chiropractor. Referrals are powerful things!
We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.

Excellent affordable care! Dr. Carmack was highly recommended to us by Dr. Jay Korsen in RI. Dr. Carmack exceeded our expectations. He is very gentle and assesses what is out of place before adjusting anything. We especially appreciate that he only adjusts joints that are misaligned to help keep our brains and bodies communicating clearly through the spinal cord, resulting in overall improved health and wellness.

I've had a pain in my neck for years and I assumed that it'd go away by itself but it got so bad i found myself walking in. After seeing josh, slowly the pain went away, and get this, i was able to exercise more (without pain) and do things like Taekwondo. Although i had to take a break because of school 😁

Had my first adjustment here today and my 4 year old had her second! I won’t lie I have had some bad experiences in the past with Chiropractors so I’m always skeptical but I can already tell a major difference in her over the past week and I instantly felt better today after mine. He explains everything so well where it actually makes since and doesn’t try to sell you tons of supplements. Thanks so much!! And even better I can walk to my appointment!!
