I'm a first time home buyer and was not sure what to expect, but after walking in the door my wife and I were warmly welcomed by the staff and made us feel at ease. We worked with Cheryl, and she was awesome! Can't say enough good things about her professionalism and her positive attitude. My wife and I were very satisfied with the service that we received. Hope everyone is able to experience the service of this great staff.

We have had two closings here and two at the one near the city water dept office. This one is by far the least organized. Customer service is lacking. They even taped a correction to my HUD1 and asked me to sign. (Is that even legal?) The employee who helped me on my last closing couldn't explain to me why the taxes were different on the HUD1 provided at closing compared to the one provided to me a day earlier.
She got mad at me when I wouldn't sign until I got proper explanation.
Then I didn't get they keys to the property until 48 hours later for a house I paid cash for.
