I contacted Ellett Law so they could assist me with a garnishment. I was working with Elizabeth who is just fantastic and professional. She put my mind at ease and helped me get my bankruptcy filed with no issues. I had to file for Bankruptcy last year (2019) from a debt that occurred over 10 years ago from a second Mortgage that had ballooned from $8000 to around $35000 from interest fees.Well garnishments started to happen and thought it was time to file. Ron Ellett is the best bankruptcy attorney you can get. I've seen his work for 20 years and I know him to be hardworking, thorough, fast on his feet, articulate, and more than a match for more expensive attorneys with high overhead. In my meeting with the principal, I not only was not helped, but there was no reasonable path forward given. The lack of thoughtfulness seemed devoid of normal human emotions and characteristics. He was rough, rude and unhelpful. I was able to gain services elsewhere simply, easily and professionally... as I had expected to receive here. It was a free consultation and so I was pleased not to have paid for services not delivered, with the rude twist. Buyer beware.
