They didn't show up at the time we had scheduled. I called them after waiting around for hours for them to get there. Chris said there was a misunderstanding he said the next day he would come with another guy that will help him. He arrived by himself he took over 5hours to clean my carpet tile and grout . The machine that was in the company's van was super loud . I did not like the my grout was cleaned in some areas and in others it wasn't. I was not happy that I have a brand new house and baseboards and staircase were damaged when the cleaning took place. I contacted Chris the guy that cleaned

I have been using Turbo Clean for several years for both my business and home. We have always received good service with them always arriving on schedule and doing a great job. I recently had Anthony clean my home carpets and he was exceptional. Anthony and his assistant took great care in making sure that everything was done to perfection. It's that time again. I get to a point where I just NEED the carpets cleaned. I try and do a deep cleaning every six to eight months and this is my third experience with Turbo Clean. Each cleaning has been a very positive experience. Jason came this time around on 7/9/2016. The techs are very kind and helpful. I have pets so they are great at giving pointers for maintenance and they also do a very through job when cleaning. Look forward to my next cleaning, thanks so much!

After growing tired of staring at my dirty carpets, I decided it was time to call around for quotes from a few of carpet cleaning locations. Turbo Clean had the lowest price and the friendliest person on the phone, so I decided to go with them. I was happy to say that not only did the he provide quick and efficient service- he did NOT compromise quality at ALL! He was friendly and polite the entire time.
