Our industrial philosophy is to invest in high-quality bulk and last-mile distribution warehouses in top-tier, high-barrier-to-entry markets and secondary markets with long-term growth potential.We are primarily dedicated to acquiring and developing Class A industrial space, as well as acquiring Class B industrial space.
