Our counseling approach helps couples to feel validated, cared for and supported, ultimately helping each partner to feel 'heard and understood' in their relationship. This instills a sense of trust and willingness, affording each person to be emotionally vulnerable sharing their most intimate thoughts, feelings and desires.

Dr. Saudia graduated from Liberty University with a Doctorate degree in Professional Counseling and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), her goal is to restore marriages by helping couples give and receive the love they both want and need.

These are not special prices for counseling but instead are fees for individual coaching sessions which differ from counseling. Marriage counseling is also not covered by insurance. Couples must select family counseling (as this is covered under health insurance) or individual counseling (if the identified client has a mental health issue that is effecting the marital relationship).
