Below are all of our current rentals. If you would like to come and see any of the homes in person please come to office to get key. You will need a $40 cash key deposit. We will give out keys between hours of 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 Monday through Thursday, and 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. on Friday. Our office is close to the Pizza Hut on New Cut Rd.

DO NOT USE RUSS-GAILOR, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!
This company left our family without heat for seven days last winter. Now that our lease is over we turned in our 30 day written notice with our last payment for July and have been told we have to pay for August too because Tom Gailor claims he never received it. That's not true because it was sealed in an envelope with our check which was posted on June 3. They also never informed the owner of the home that we were leaving so that they could put it back on the market. When we talked to him again about the issues he hung up!
