Whole Body Cryotherapy was first introduced in Japan in 1978, initially created to treat rheumatoid arthritis. Since then, cryotherapy has been proven to treat a plethora of inflammatory disorders and chronic pain. The options of cryotherapy are endless and are non-invasive treatments for a variety of conditions.
Wrinkles and other signs of aging are due to the body's reduced production of collagen over time. Good news for you- Cryotherapy can shock the body into producing more collagen, taking ten years off your face! This place was amazing! The staff was very friendly and was very knowledgeable. I came in to help treat back and hamstring tightness. I did the cryo chamber and the leg compressions and could immediately feel a difference after. I would highly recommend! Omg I cannot say enough good things about cryotherapy, but most importantly this place.

I went to Suburban today for cryotherapy & a cryofacial. Everything was amazing. Felt amazing coming out of there. Looking forward to the results, and will absolutely be back!! Highly recommend. The staff is super nice, the facility is clean & they have top of the line equipment, so many options for your health!

I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and started looking into cryotherapy as an alternative form of… treatment to help with the pain I experience every day. I have been going for the past week at this point and have noticed results. I'm going to continue going because I know that it will increase the positive impact I'm seeing.

Katie and Todd were amazing throughout my entire first experience. I called Suburban Cryotherapy minutes before their scheduled close time to inquire about coming in. Katie informed me that she would stay open for me, which was exceptional customer service, especially since I was not even a customer yet. During the Cyrotherapy session Katie explained what exactly was happening to my body. The process was easy, fast, and educational at the same time.
I was able to notice the affects on my body the very next day. Today, my mile time was 1 minute faster; which has never happened after a 9 mile run

I have been suffering from chronic pain for over 8 years. I have been to over 30+ doctors from Yale to Cornell to California with no underlying diagnosis other than auto immune and Lyme disease.
