I've been taking my car to Auto-Lab for a few years now and have always received the best treatment, they go above and beyond the call of duty. Marc (the owner) treats me fair and is always honest, even if he can't solve my problem, he makes sure I know where to go to get the job done right. No matter if it's as simple as an oil change or repairing my hybrid battery, they know their stuff about every car under the sun. I want to give them 0 or negive star if I could. worst service, highrest price and unskilled workers. The engine cover still dragging on the ground when they gave the key to me and said all set. WHAT!!! are you kidding me? LOL!!! Stay away from them. I guess all the good reviews are from themselves.

I can't speak to their actual service, as after the phone call for a price quote I decided never to give them my business. All I wanted was a quote for rear brakes and rotors so I said that as an opener only to be snapped at "Well I need to know what kind of car, ma'am!" "2009 Pontiac Torrent." "Taurus!? You mean a Ford Taurus." "No, I meant a Pontiac Torrent." "$300" No thanks.

I have been taking my cars to Mark at Auto-Lab for about 7 years now. As a single lady with no real knowledge about cars, I used to get tired of taking my car in for oil changes and such only to be told I need brakes, wheel alignment, radiator or power steering flush, etc. My experience with Auto-Lab has been so positive over the years that I couldn't imagine taking my car anywhere else for service. I had some work done to my 2003 Silverado. Some fuel injectors were changed and a few other things. I am happy the truck now runs but I'm very disappointed that I was charge diagnostics even though I was told that would be waived if I got the work done at this location. Instead I was told when the work was done that only half would be taken off since the tech had to go back into the motor after fixing the first fuel injector to replace a 2nd. I don't know why I have to pay more because the tech missed the 2nd injector the first time. Also someone working there broke one of the aftermarket

I made a appointment using their online system the day before and asked if they would match prices of local places. I waited until 30 minutes before my appointment waiting to hear back from them until (a day later) I called them myself. Once I called they gave me to the person who "could do that". Once I explained why I was calling and that I never head back from them he said "just tell me what you need". Already I was thinking the customer service was poor but when I gave the prices and what it included that I wanted to match he actually laughed and said "No. Good luck
