You'd be shocked and surprised at what we discover each week while conducting routine home inspections and that's why it's in your best interest to look out for yourself and/or your family by having the property you're considering inspected! Getting a property inspected before forking over your hard earned money puts you in a position to know what's really going on behind the scenes.
At least if you have these findings presented to you before you purchase the property, it puts you in a better position to negotiate price and/or the repairs of the home with the seller, thus keeping you from having to come out of pocket. Please note: The photos you're about to see are from actual homes in this immediate area.

We perform home and termite inspections, radon and lead paint testing for condominiums, townhouses, single and multifamily residences, commercial buildings, investment properties in Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex Counties. Prices are dependent upon several factors, most commonly the type of property (condo, townhome, detached house, etc.); size of property in square feet; age of property, and location.
Technology has evolved where you should expect to receive a full-color report. The document should provide an "Executive Summary Overview Report" with specific categories like Significant Repairs/Condition/Evaluation, Areas of Health, Safety and Environmental Concerns, Upgrades and Repairs. Ask for a sample of an inspection report so you'll know what you can expect for your time and money.
I really don't think I could have found anyone better or even come close to the job you did. I want you to know how much I appreciate your diligence, expertise, and professionalism. Thank you so much for taking the extra time to explain even the simplest of issues with the house. It was reassuring to hear explanations as to "why" things were the way they were at times.
