The Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home located at 112 West King Street, Shippensburg is a consolidation of two former funeral homes in Shippensburg: the Mervin O. Fogelsanger Funeral Home (previously the Van Scyoc Funeral Home) and the Bricker Funeral Home (consolidation of the J. William Barbour Funeral Home and the Joseph F. Justice Funeral Home).The funeral home has been under the ownership of William S. Herb, Jr. and his wife Pamela since 2009.

I have been to countless visitations, viewings, and services at Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home including my mothers. I have always been 100% pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. The entire staff is kind, compassionate, and very professional. They did a wonderful job with my mother and made a very difficult time much more manageable. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

This place is horrible in preparation of the deceased. When they prepared my mother for her final resting, i didnt even recognize her. She was only maybe 100 lbs when she died but in the casket she looked like she was over 200 lbs. We told them no makeup and they caked the makeup on her face. I do not recommend letting them prepare your loved ones for their final resting.

I wouldn’t take a dead dog to Fogelsanger! They did a horrible job on my wife! Our children and I didn’t even recognize her. The body was a figment of their imagination. And I gave them a picture of her! Horrible Funeral Home Stay Away From Fogelsanger Funeral Home in Shippensburg Pa. If you really Loved the one that passed away you will stay away from Fogelsanger Funeral Home !!!!!

At the most difficult time, we needed top notch care and service for our grandparents. The entire staff of Fogelsanger Bricker was there for us.
They truly made this tough time a lot easier to deal with. There has never been a time that we've been at the funeral home without feeling their comfort and being put at ease.

I could not recommend a funeral home more than Fogelsanger Bricker. My family and my husbands family experienced two losses within two weeks of one another a few years ago and therefore spent about the entire month of March at the home. Everyone was so kind, so personable and caring. Their experience is quite obvious, making each funeral and planning of the events seamless and as easy as possible during such a difficult time. To this day my husband and I or members of either family will run into those that work there and they remember us well and ask how we're doing. I will always recommend this
