Danny Fair showed up on a Sunday within 2 hours of me calling, diagnosed the issue, maintained expectations with expected time to receive parts, and quickly responded to any questions I had. Tommy showed up to install the new part, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. After everything was said and done the pricing was exactly what I could have hoped for ! I highly recommend fair mechanical over any other HVAC company in the area !!!

Danny and his team are top notch! Always professional, accommodating, and prices are reasonable. Called on a Sunday morning and Danny was here and had our AC back up and running by the early afternoon. Whenever we have work done by Danny and his team, they always take the time to explain what the problem is and how it can be fixed. Would highly recommend Fair Mechanical!

Danny and his team at Fair Mechanical replaced our home unit last year. They did a professional job at a great price. Installation was just a day or two from deciding on what system we wanted. Fast, efficient and friendly service during the hottest time of the year, August! They even topped off the Freon on our old unit so we could make it through the weekend. When our rental units old system starting having issues we knew who to call. After a quick inspection by Danny's team, my Wife and I decided to replace, and not repair the unit . Again, called on a Wednesday and decided late that afternoon

Excellent service, fair pricing, it says it in the name folks! When our AC went out on the hottest day of the summer our friends recommended Fair Mechanical. Mr. Danny Fair himself came out and quickly identified and repaired the issue. As a courtesy, he also checked our outdoor unit, attic unit, filter, ducting and drainage lines at no cost to ensure there were no underlying problems. He explained everything he was doing in easy to understand language that left my wife and I more educated about our home system. Fair Mechanical will get all my business!

Woke up to my child saying "daddy why is there water all over the bathroom floor." Ran to the bathroom and looked up and saw water coming thru the light. Talk about a nightmare - 3 kids, 7am and water coming thru my ceiling! Went up stairs and saw my AC unit pan was full of water and overflowing.
Called Fair Mechanical right away and was lucky enough that a tech was on the way to a job nearby. He wanted the tech to at least stop the water flow, then fix after the other scheduled job.
The tech was professional and not only did he stop the leak but he was able to identify the problem

I had an AC emergency and these guys were out to my house the same day that I called. They had me up and cooling off in no time. The price was reasonable considering how expensive AC stuff can get. Although I know the problem was not an expensive fix, I wasn't comfortable handling it myself. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to respond, and how personable the technician was. I would definitely recommend this company.
