We use only the best technology currently out. For commercial and residential units we use our R20 machines which are the highest quality, most potent machines available. We also use a system mimicking a dry cleaning for those delicate fabrics. He showed up on time, explained the process in detail, worked extra hard to get over a glitch we had and did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets in our apartment.
He is highly communicative which is great! He takes pride in his work which is most evident when he shows the cleaned carpet for review. With the other vendors the chemicals that were used seemed to have a more pungent odor then what Ruben used which is really appreciated since we had to stay home the rest of the day with all the windows and doors open.
