Generally okay place to work but be sure to brown nose to stay in good graces. Standing up for individual rights and decency is not appreciated here. Certain ones will harass you, their behavior is tolerated. Some may speak and laugh at will; others, not so much. No insurance benefits.
Project for clients is more just to obtain a paycheck from the client while actually improving stats and workflows within the facility or software is not a concerted effort. Many things never changed in order to better the revenue cycle and cash flow, they simply just kept going with the same input which acheived
