We are a beautiful Victorian home renovated into a preschool in the heart of downtown San Jose. Sunflowers Montessori Preschool offers preschool program from age 2 years old to entry 1st grade. We are open for business from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday - Friday. We follow the Montessori Philosophy with a little touch of modern style. We are currently conducting tours during business hours. Sunflowers Montessori Preschool provides a well-designed Montessori curriculum based on hands - on activities, inclusive of a safe, warm, and caring environment for children ages 2 to entry 1st grade. Sunflowers Montessori Preschool is a fun and loving environment which encourages the emotional, social, intellectual and physical growth of the child.
Rates are inclusive of snacks for all programs and a hot lunch for full-day and A.M. Programs. A $100 non-refundable registration fee and a deposit of half a month of tuition is due at time of admission. Late pick-ups will result in a charge of $1.00 per minute after your child's program ended. There will be a $25 charge per occurrence for returned checks or payments returned due to insufficient funds.

My son started Sunflowers Montessori Preschool since age of 2 and graduated after 3 years for Kindergarten. At first I researched a lot before choosing this daycare. However, after 3 years being here I do not regret at all and highly recommend it. Teachers are very supportive and take care about children. Schedule is great for working parents, price is one of the lowest, as well as lots of education and thanks to this preschool my son is more than ready for Kindergarten. He is able to write his own name, count, and know a lot of useful things as in daycare they learn everything: how to cross the

My son and I LOVE Sunflowers Preschool. Ms. Chia and her team are wonderful. I am so thankful for this preschool and all of the care, attention and support they provide. They are genuinely invested in the success, safety and well-being of the children. The teachers are knowledgable, invested, warm and extremely communicative so this experience feels like a true partnership. My son has excelled in their care and in the sunflower environment. His social-emotional, social and early academic development is being furthered everyday! Thank you Sunflowers!!!!!
