Artisan Design and Construction, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that has been helping people build their dreams since 1992. Owners, Dan and Kim Sawicki, are both lifelong residents of the Twin Cities metro area. Dan is from Stillwater and Kim is from North St. Paul. They have 3 children (11, 7, and 5 years old).
They spend their free time fishing, boating, hiking, skiing and snowmobiling as a family. Dan stays busy coaching hockey and soccer and Kim actively volunteers at their children's schools. Dan has a passion for the design and construction business. He studied Architecture at the University of Minnesota and has an eye for both interior and exterior design styles that incorporate a variety of styles and innovations.

Dan (and Kim) redesigned and remodeled the bathrooms and bedrooms in our cabin last winter. They were both a pleasure to work with, very responsive to requests and concerns, and the quality of work was excellent. We've enjoyed the new rooms for an entire summer now and without a doubt would choose Artisan Design & Construction again for future projects.
