Pediatric Dentistry Of Brighton
At Pediatric Dentistry of Brighton, we understand that children need unique dental care. As Livingston County's premier dental clinic that specializes in pediatric dentistry, we provide high quality, comprehensive oral health care for children from infancy to adolescence; we also serve children with special physical or mental needs.

Each of our dentists specializes in pediatrics and takes a whole-body approach to children's dental health. By employing a combination of advanced preventive dentistry, highly skilled surgical technique and loving care, we enable children to maintain beautiful smiles and excellent oral health throughout their lifetimes.
Services
Pediatric Dentistry of Brighton was originally founded as "Pediatric Dental Associates" in 1991 by Dr. Kevin Hale. Dr. Carrico soon afterwards became a fellow of Dr. Hale's practice. In 2009, pediatric dentist Dr. Dana Radtke, a native of Brighton, Michigan, joined the practice. Pediatric Dentistry of Brighton's commitment to children's oral health has extended far beyond the practice itself.
At Pediatric Dentistry of Brighton, we value quality, prevention and compassion. Our pediatric dental care centers around providing your child the gentlest, most comprehensive dental care available. Each of our patients is unique, and our care reflects this.

Our skilled pediatric dentists provide all our patients with a Prevention Plan encompassing in-home and clinical care uniquely tailored to each child's medical history, risk for gum disease and any other special needs. As Livingston County's premier team of pediatric dental specialists, we're able to provide comprehensive dental care specifically designed for children and patients with special needs.
When we say we do our best to make kids feel at home while they're at the dentist's office, we mean it. Our bright, kid-friendly facility has been custom tailored to make our young patients' visits as fun, interactive and comfortable as possible. Your child is guaranteed to find something to love about our office, whether they are 10 month old or 10 years old.
Q: Do you accept new patient appointments? A: Yes! We're currently accepting new patients ages 0-10. Q: What should I bring with me to my child's first appointment? 1. All available records of your child's dental history. 2. Medical records, if this is your child's first visit to the dentist. 3. Insurance information - medical and dental insurance cards.
Routine dental exams make for healthy, beautiful smiles and good oral hygiene habits. We want all our patients to have good oral health and encourage parents to bring their children in for regular dental check-ups. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends children see a dentist at least every six months, or more often, depending on a child's individual diet and risk.

Brought son in to get cavities filled and sealants in June. Two months later he told me his tooth hurt. He mentioned there was a spot on his tooth in the same place back in June. I’m unclear how that could have been overlooked only two months later. Additionally, they discovered two other cavities under the sealants that were done in June. Basically the time and money we spent in June was a

My son is autistic and he had never been to the dentist. He made it through his first dental appointment and the office was amazing. They didn’t push him beyond what he couldn’t handle. They were so patient and kind. Love this office.

The staff here is so awesome with my kids. I bring one kid because he's super sensory, and they do the best job around keeping him calm and comfortable.

My son has ADHD and anxiety, especially when it comes to doctors’ offices. Lisa was absolutely amazing with my son while doing X-rays and cleaning his teeth. She explained everything to him so he wasn’t scared. Dr. Radtke was wonderful as well. The entire staff was kind and very understanding. Thank you!

I have been taking my son here for a few years and I have a son who talks and asks a lot of questions. They are always very attentive and answer every single one of them and doesn’t just brush him off. Extremely happy with them.
