I have been a patient at Minnesota Women's Care for almost 6 years and am finally writing a review, something I should have done years ago. When I first became a patient of Dr Ashford and his wonderful staff in June of 2016, I had been suffering for many years from pelvic pain, interstitial cystitis, painful intercourse, and frequent UTIs. I had seen many doctors, among them gynecologists and urologists. I received no help at all from the gynecologists and was generally just dismissed by them or prescribed useless drugs. The urologists attempted to help me with my IC and UTIs but in the end were

Started at MWC when we found out we were pregnant and LOVED our midwife team of Rachel Gates and Audrey Kopp! Both were amazing and exactly what we needed. Our delivery did not go as planned and ended with an emergency c section and the team of Dr. Chang and all the others that we had following the delivery were wonderful. They are so knowledgeable and caring. We are so grateful to have found MWC as first time mom’s they exceeded our expectations.

Omg, my experiences with this clinic have been wonderful! Saw Dr. Waschbusch yesterday for an initial exam and consult for IUD. She was phenomenal! She did a very thorough exam and found the probable cause of why I'm having pelvic pain, and explained the IUD insertion process. I was able to get in with Dr. Snell the next day (today). Dr. Snell was also wonderful! She explained everything and was very gentle and talked me through the entire process. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the IUD insertion and made sure I was ok afterwards. It wasn't as painful as I thought it

I have been seeing Kayleen for a couple different laser treatments now and she is great! Whether it is laser hair removal, spider veins or photo facials, she always has attention to detail and makes sure I’m comfortable. She also does a great job of explaining after care and is very knowledgeable on laser. I would highly recommend seeing her for your laser needs at Minnesota Women’s Care!

I was seen by Dr. Ott for a biopsy on my lady parts to determine the skin condition I have.
I was given local anesthetic, and a piece of my tender skin was removed and I wasn’t even NUMB!
He didn’t even ask if I was numb before he lopped off part of my skin!
Today I had an appointment with Dr.Ashford at 2:30, he finally comes in at 3:45 and doesn’t even apologize.
In the hallway I could hear him asking his nurse what I was here for?
She replied “ To go over her lab results “.
He comes in, and we talked about hormone replacement therapy, and said it would be good for me.
Didn’t

Boozhoo (Hello) 😊 I am an Anishinabe Ojibwe grandmother of 9, and a 3rd generation veteran. I work in a mainstream educational system. I was so fortunate to stumble upon MN Women's Care. They immediately found the problem to my illness, when many Doctors couldn't. It's like they knew exactly what to do, immediately.
Then I had the great fortune to meet Dr Ilana Farb on my next appointment. She suggested, kindly, some blood tests because I mentioned I was looking for more assistance. The tests were done, and I had an amazing consultation with her. She listened to my concerns and prescribed me

I will literally refer every woman I know to this clinic. From first finding out I was pregnant to my delivery at the hospital & now even in post-partum care, we have had nothing but an amazing experience. Audrey Kopp is an INCREDIBLE midwife & always made us feel heard, supported, & valued during our appointments. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, & incredibly knowledgeable. We are forever grateful!

Called and spoke to Alyssa. She scheduled me for an appointment TODAY. Showed up and they had no idea what I was talking about - my appointment is not until tomorrow. She specifically said today and I double checked. Thanks for wasting my time, Alyssa!!

Given a 4 for lack of follow through.
Went for several years. Whole staff pleasant.
Serves his patients well, a rarity these days, professional, kind. Got caught in what gadgets, services to make easy money but left out a few steps. Doesn't study aging women's needs like thought he was. Caught him in a few yellow lights that even though I appreciated all done for me, time to drop going there.
Example: Visit is for 1 topic, when I got to weight loss, how my pee poops skipped over to promote a daily drink no one had read the ingredients .. was is gluten free. Honest staff and physician

Terrible scheduling. This is the second time that my daughter's appointment had been confirmed to be in Maplewood, she showed up in Maplewood and the appointment was actually in Woodbury, so it had to be rescheduled. She has a voicemail to prove that she was supposed to go to Maplewood! Ridiculous. The technician performing procedures is good, but the scheduling is absolutely atrocious. If you want to delay and delay and delay your procedures, go to this place, if you want to actually get your procedures done, I would recommend you look someplace else.

They refused to fulfill my appointment. They demanded unnecessary tests. They required me to make a new appointment, which I did. Scheduler put down wrong time. More time off work. I have been a Woodbury patient for many years. Now I need to find a new OB. Apparently having 2 clinics is too much and they can't do things correctly.

I had a horrible experience at another OBGYN while pregnant and switched to Minnesota Women's Care. Once they heard my horror story, they fit me in for an appointment immediately. I wish I had switched sooner. They are professional, knowledgable and caring. They put me at ease, and gave me a lot of time to explain things and answer questions. We have been impressed by everyone we've interacted with.

I found Dr. Ashford and MN Women's Clinic out of necessity. I was experiencing horrible menopause symptoms and couldn't find relief anywhere. My regular doctor told me "Well, that's just the way it goes. Could last up to 10 years..." and when I told her I wasn't sleeping more than a couple hours per night she gave me an RX for Ambien with a strict warning of addiction. I couldn't imagine that the next 10 years of my life would be like this - no sleep, no libido, weight gain, night sweats/hot flashes. Dr. Ashford was the first doctor to tell me that I wasn&apos

You will not find a more professional establishment. Every gynecologist should be trained like Dr. Ashford. He is the first person to really help my wife. My wife has been to doctors in the midwest and out east and no other doctor has been this proactive in helping her feel good again. For the person who complained about the wait, sometimes a doctor is worth the wait. He's obviously popular among patients and most of them are grateful to have his help as well as the great patient care from his staff.

I had a surgery with Dr. Ashford and everything went great, thanks to his skill. Highly recommend this clinic!

I have had incredible results working with Dr. Ashford and his staff. Before meeting with him I had been dealing with severe pelvic pain for over two years because of a condition called vulvodynia. Most doctors, even specialists, did not know how to reduce my pain level. I had tried many therapies and nothing had worked until I met Dr. Ashford. He was the first person who really understood the complications of this condition and even the differing origins of pain that can cause vulvodynia. He was the first doctor who identified the cause of my pain, and after a few months working with him and his
