We've been engaging RC Landscape for about 5 years, since we moved into our house, because the prior owners worked with them and we just continued services. It was fine for several years while we just had lawn mowing services; they would consistently come once a week. Eventually, they convinced me that we needed additional services, and we started doing lawn applications and additional maintenance work on other plants in the yard.
Since that time, we've had communications issues. The day of the week and time when they would come would be irregular, and we had lawn applications happen
