The pipe between our meter and house shutoff valve developed a leak and was slowly saturating our lawn and overflowing into the street. Rather than dig around to troubleshoot and to head off any future leaks/cracks, they recommended replacing the entire pipe with a new PEX line. We were pretty happy with the entire experience.

We called late in the day on Friday and not only got an answer and an appointment but confirmation. The guys that came out first thing Saturday morning were on time, professional, kept the work area clean and finished a toilet rebuild in no time at all! Received quote to run gas line about 10 feet. I had already dug the trench myself. Basically needed their expertise to connect and install pipe. Quote was $2,200. I couldn’t believe it. Owner said that everyone was charging these rates.
I called another company (Skelly Plumbing) and spoke to the owner. He quoted me $850 and was here the next day to install. Fantastic outcome.
I can’t speak to Loyalty Plumbing’s work quality. They may be excellent. But I’m not a fan of their business model when it comes to providing sky high estimates. If I didn’t know better, I’d have paid them nearly

I called and they immediately came out and fixed my shower, they’re very professional and polite, it took them no more than 10-15 minutes to fix my shower!
Honestly I thought I was going to have to keep my water off for the day but they came out and got me taken care of!

I am curious about all the positive reviews, but I will warn you with my experience.
I called in for a water pressure issue on our shower. The technician said he was going to try to replace the cartridge and see if that fixed it. He said it didn't and the valve was broken behind, so he had to tier down the wall to replace the entire valve. It was until after he left, that I saw the faucet was now leaking. I called back immediately and they said they warned me that the valve could break and that it was a common thing. No one warned me about "breaking the valve", the issue wasn&apos

Hired Loyaty based on reviews. Had tried 2 other popular companies only to get wild wait times and broken promises. Loyalty showed up on time and with proper manpower to diagnose issue ( tree roots). Had to dig under foundation, but put everything back neatly. Extensive repipe necessary and rightly expensive but I had complete trust in them.

They would rather sell you a water heater than try to fix one. Tried to say it would take a control valve for $500.00 plus a burner for another $375.00. Sell a new heater for $1475.00. I told them to try a new control valve. (replaced one 5 years ago). They installed part of valve without draining tank. It did not work. Said I needed burner. Bradford White rep said needing new burner was rare. He said probably need pilot. Talked to owner and he agreed to send out men to install control valve correctly. Amazing how that worked. HOT water!
