I am a proud wife and mother of two. We provide Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance & Business Insurance for the Ellis County & Navarro County (Ennis, Ferris, & Palmer Areas). I began my career with State Farm during college over 27 years ago! I have a BA from Boise State University, an MS from Tarleton State University, and am ABD for my Doctorate at the University of Liverpool.
I also hold a Global Environment of Insurance Designation from AIM. I believe that one of the greatest rewards in life is giving back to the community. I do this by serving in the Lions Club, Meals on Wheels, and The Greater Ennis United Way. I am also an adjunct instructor for Paul Quinn College. I look forward to meeting with you soon!

I have been with State Farm for almost 20 years and received the poorest service imaginable. I was recently rear ended with my baby in the car after almost 2 months still haven’t been able to get my car fixed. I pay way too much for the kind of service I have received. State Farm should be ashamed

Cristal Santollo is amazing. She is very kind, patient, caring and detail oriented. In my line of work I have to deal with MANY insurance companies. Many of my clients have told me about Cristal, and I understand why they praise her so much. Cristal is the only one (out of so many other companies) that makes the whole process very easy and smooth. My clients are always telling me how wonderful she is.
