With more than thirty years in civil engineering and building design, Charlie carries an enviable record of experience. Garnering the confidence of clients and localities, his charisma and work ethic became the foundation of our firm in 2004. Since then, Charlie has overseen more than six hundred projects at C A Rowles Engineering & Design.
My wife Jessica and I are very pleased with the work that CA Rowles has done for River's Place, our new tap house and food cart yard in NE Bend. The CA Rowles team acted as our liaison with the City of Bend and helped us negotiate complex building codes in order to keep our project on schedule.
From concept to completion, Charlie and his design specialists, Scott Hale and Matt Williams, were willing to collaborate with us to match our original vision for River's Place.We were especially impressed with the suggestion of the quarter-barrel roof trusses that define our building.
