Services
From torch down modified bitumen to the cold press roofing process, Insulation Panels with different R values, or Tapered Panels to add a slope to flat roofs; we strip off all old layers of roofing down to the decking area. That area is prepped, fixed where needed or replaced, and then re-covered using industry approved insulation panels, backing materials and top layer membrane of your choice.

I called to have Jerry come out and look at my roof that was in dire need of replacement. Jerry spent the time to explain what the roof needed and what it did not. Jerry did not try to upsell me on anything and provided a fair price. The quality of the work is excellent and Jerry spent time after the crew was done to perform an inspection to make sure the work was to his standards. It was such a good experience that I am using J's Roofing again for gutters and paint. Overall an honest, fair, and reliable contractor who I trust with my home and money - can't ask for much more than that

Update: Just used J's again in November 2020 as we prepared to sell our house. They were fantastic again. Went above and beyond to do great work.
I updated this review again, to 5 stars. J's has gone above and beyond to rectify this situation, and to fix the roof. Frankly, I am more impressed with them and certain about recommending them because of how they've handled a tough situation. Mistakes and oversights can happen, but what matters is how you own up to them and deal with them. J's has been fantastic in creating a happy customer.
Update: They called a few days a later and had Jeff come

I called for a roof inspection on a new house we were buying (J's Roofing was highly recommended by our home inspector). Jerry was wonderful. He came out promptly, was honest about the minor repairs, and said the roof was in great shape. He asked us to pull a CLUE Report to cross reference if any claims had been made on the roof previously. He even talked to the next door neighbor to cross reference the condition of their roof, verifying their roof didn't have any damage either. On 11/17/2015 a strong storm or small tornado hit our neighborhood, Quail Hollow subdivision. The roof of a great number of our home was damage. And of course the roofing company's was out chasing the neighborhood and charging huge dollar amount for small amounts of work. The damage to my home was not enough to cover my deductible so I had to pay out of pocket. I had received a number of very high quotes.
